I'm way past due for a posting...here goes nothing, well not nothing...

I've had a busy few months.  I bought my house, added a new member to the family and took some fun pictures.  This post will be short, sweet and to the point, I'll let the photos do the talking.

I shot a wedding - a beautiful wedding.  The bride was lovely, and they made such a wonderful couple.  Here are a few pictures to share.

I also did a little fun in the park session with the cutest little girl.  It was her first visit in the big outdoors and it was quite memorable for her, and her Mom and Dad.

Here is my newest edition.  His name is Dunkin' Donuts - of course we are calling him Dunkin.  He is the grandson of champions and my little girl Kaeli and I will be showing him in the show ring.

Speaking of Kaeli - here she is with our boy looking very modelesque.

Here is my interpretation - haha - you gotta love a self portrait.

Until next time....

Since I live such an exciting life...NOT...I thought I would blog.

Hi - I'm Jess.  At one time, I was primarily an artist.  I LOVED making cloth dolls and painting whimsical mixed media paintings.  It was my passion.  Another thing I have always loved is photography, but because the professional equipment was so expensive I always fiddled around with my point and shoot camera.  I was pretty good, even with such basic equipment.  So my sweet boyfriend Paul bought me a gorgeous Nikon D80 and some pretty fantastic lenses and proceeded to change my life.  I now spend most of my day snapping a photograph of something or another.  My specialty is photography of homes.  I enjoy it most.

Let's see - more about me - well my life is far from boring.  My days are packed with excitement.  I have a small chicken farm.  I am now the proud owner of over 200 chickens.  They used to have names - now there are just WAY too many to name...I love always having fresh eggs and my kids love to watch the eggs hatch in the incubators.  Pretty soon we will be adding Ostrich to our farm...I have 7 eggs in the incubator now and boy am I excited.  At the same time I am wondering what on Earth we are going to do with Ostrich running around.  So, let's see - I also have a variety of turkey, five different breeds of duck, peacocks, guineas, dogs, cats, and Charles - the pot-bellied pig.  He is hilarious!
Well - that's all for now - I guess I will share some of my favorite pictures at the end.  Have a happy Fourth of July!

XOXO Jess

This is a photograph of my Kaeli at Easter - OH! Forgot to mention that I have bunnies too!
Here is my little handsome man Chase - we call him "Chasie".

This is a cute little girl that I photographed back in April - she was precious!

Here is a home for sale in Palo Alto Subdivision - I love this shot!
